Account Assistant
TPJ Engineering is seeking a proactive Account Assistant to support our financial and daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records, process invoices and purchase orders, and reconcile bank statements and cash claims. You will also assist with crucial month-end accounting tasks and provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, answering inquiries, and updating customer documentation.

- Salary: RM 2,000 - RM 2,300 per month

- Minimum Academic Qualification: Minimum of Diploma in Accounting
- Work Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or accounting support role

- Own Transport: Car
- Working days: Monday to Saturday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Other relevant criteria:
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using Excel & UBS Accounting
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation
- Reconcile bank statements and cash claim
- Assist with month-end accounting tasks
- Manage out-of-office duties, including official errands at banks, the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN), and auditor offices.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries
- Assist in Admin matters (Update documentation & customer records)
