Assistant Accountant

TPJ Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our finance team. This role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, assisting with month-end close procedures, and maintaining accurate financial records. Ideal candidates should possess a strong numerical aptitude, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent organizational skills.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum academic qualification: Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum experience: <3 years
  • Experience in tendering infrastructure work for government and private sector job
  • Nationality: Malaysian only
  • Gender: Female only
  • Own driving / motorcycle license & have own transport
  • Working days: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30P M & Saturday: 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM

Other relevant criteria:


  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other relevant software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in day-to-day administration and paperwork.
  • Key in data accurately into our systems.
  • Handle filing and document management.
  • Prepare and process documents using Microsoft Office or other document software.
  • Support general office operations as needed.
