Crossing Bridge Construction For Cyclist And Pedestrian Near Queensbay
Completed
The Spiral Bridge project stands as one of Penang’s most iconic developments, designed to become a landmark that blends functionality with aesthetic appeal. At the top of the bridge, a 20-meter diameter viewing deck has been incorporated, providing the public with a space to relax while enjoying panoramic views of the Penang Bridge and Pulau Jerejak. This bridge has emerged as a new gem in the state, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city where people can exercise and unwind.
The project is a combination of several interconnected bridges, each contributing to its bold and unique design. These include the Spiral Bridge, Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Crossing, Sg Ara Bridge, and Sg Nibong Bridge. Designed to accommodate both cyclists and pedestrians, the bridges enhance accessibility and connectivity across the area.
Penang state values both peace of mind and physical well-being, fostering a productive community that prioritises its quality of life. This philosophy resonates deeply with our commitment to improve the lives of the people in ways that would make a lasting impact. We have worked closely with the client to ensure that their vision and ideas were fully realized.
Throughout the project, we faced several challenges, including difficulties with piling works, the casting of complex and unique designs, and managing heavy traffic around the construction site. However, our dedicated team of experts effectively handled these challenges, demonstrating their ability to adapt and deliver high-quality results despite the complexities involved.
