As the number of worshippers grew steadily, the existing mosque structure, with its limited capacity, struggled to accommodate visitors, resulting in overcrowding and a less conducive environment for prayers.
The original design of the mosque, both outdated and worn, required a significant upgrade to restore its functionality and aesthetic appeal. Its aging and fragile structure posed safety risks to visitors, underscoring the urgent need for refurbishment.
