As part of the ongoing development of Penang Island, we have been entrusted with the responsibility of delivering the Uni-directional Ramp to support the new Sunshine Central, which encompasses both residential and commercial components. This project involves several key elements, including the construction of a new road structure, drainage system, and a directional ramp to efficiently connect road users to the building.
Given the increasing volume of traffic, effective traffic management is a critical aspect of the project. Our team plays a central role in ensuring that traffic flow is managed professionally and efficiently. This includes diverting traffic as we develop a new road designed to alleviate congestion, particularly during peak hours.
Leveraging our extensive experience in bridge construction, we are committed to deliver the project to the highest standards, meeting client expectations while maintaining superior quality throughout the construction process.
The project presents several challenges, such as its proximity to residential areas, noise pollution, airborne dust, and traffic congestion during peak periods.
