TPJ Engineering is delivering the Batu Kawan Infrastructure Industrial Park 3 bridge project in Penang. The works include a 30-metre crossing over Sungai Binjai using precast U-beams, together with retaining walls, approach slabs and drainage.

Awarded by Antenna Sensasi Sdn Bhd, TPJ Engineering is undertaking an RM13.2 million infrastructure package for the construction of a 30-metre span bridge across Sungai Binjai - a strategic link designed to support the continued expansion of the Batu Kawan Industrial Area and its surrounding developments.
The bridge is intended to strengthen connectivity and support continued development of the Batu Kawan Industrial Area and its surroundings. The photographs below document initial works and development progress in July 2026.
Batu Kawan Bridge - Scope of Project
The scope of works encompasses the delivery of key structural and civil infrastructure components, including:
- Launching and installation of 30-metre precast U-beams
- Construction of retaining wall systems along bridge embankments
- Development of approach slab infrastructure
- Implementation of drainage and associated ancillary works
