Overview

Water Body A Reclamation Works at Gurney Bay

Completed

TPJ Engineering completed the reclamation works for Water Body A, a 6.95-acre component of the Gurney Bay Development in Penang. Delivered for JKR, the package supports the wider public waterfront development.

The works comprised the controlled placement of approximately 150,000 m³ of sand and soil to form the reclaimed platform. The early-stage gallery records access preparation, sheet-pile and marine works, material inspection and on-site coordination.

Completed on 24 December 2025, the reclaimed platform is documented in the latest aerial gallery. The delivered works demonstrate TPJ Engineering’s capability in marine construction, land reclamation and infrastructure delivery.
